My Story
My gran was fond of saying that I "Come from a long line of bakers" So no one was surprised when I picked up a recipe book and started making cakes for my family and friends.
In the decade since, I've made cakes for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries and everything in between. I have a real passion for experimenting with flavours and blending traditional with modern techniques. I went to culinary college for 2 years and I have worked at Hotel Terravina and Laterly Spot in the Woods as a pastry chef and in-house cake maker since.
